The service

This website advertises a telephone booking desk for airline tickets. Calls are answered by an independent travel agency partner ("the agency") that issues, changes and cancels tickets on airlines' behalf. The Success Route LLC is not an airline and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline.

Fees

Calling is free and creates no obligation. The agency may charge a service fee for bookings, changes and cancellations completed through the desk. Any fee is disclosed to you, together with the fare and taxes, before payment is taken.

Fares, changes and refunds

Airfares are set by the airlines and are not guaranteed until a ticket is issued. Change, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the fare rules of the ticket you purchase and by applicable law, including the U.S. Department of Transportation's 24-hour cancellation rule for eligible tickets. The agency will explain the rules that apply to your ticket before you buy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate traveler names, dates and travel documents, and for confirming that you hold the passports, visas and health documents required for your trip.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Success Route LLC is not liable for airline schedule changes, cancellations, delays, lost baggage or other matters within the airline's or the agency's control, or for indirect or consequential losses.
